Aim of this programme is to provide an accessible and varied offering to staff to through a digital programme whereby staff can engage in the comfort of their own home/office environment.
As a community we will explore a variation of different topics on a monthly basis everything from stillness, providing a safe and comfortable environment for you whereby you can access them from your own home.
