Employee & Corporate Wellness Programs from The Wellbeing Generation

MAKE A CHANGE

A programme designed by The Wellbeing Generation for corporations/businesses to look after their staff through offering a comprehensive and unique wellness programme.

Due to the current climate and the ongoing impacts of COVID-19. It is more important than ever to offer staff mental and physical support. The UK has seen lockdowns and navigated through various variants; as a result we have all suffered in different ways and an additional layer of wellbeing support could be of benefit.

Our programme provides an accessible and varied offering to staff through virtual group workshops, whereby staff can join in from the comfort of their own home or office environment.

Madeleine O'Connor

Outreach & Communications Officer Oxford Hub

I have worked with the Wellbeing Girl during our student events, aimed at improving focus. She brought such a lovely, positive attitude to the session and it was a comfortable place for an engaging discussion. Even I left with lots of useful tips on how to focus, despite hosting the session for students! Thanks for all your work Natalie.

Julie Pink

Head of Charity and Involvement

Oxford Health Charity and Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust

The feedback from those able to attend Natalie’s sessions has been overwhelmingly positive, with individuals praising the support for their own wellbeing at a time when that is often the last thing on their list and reporting on the impact of putting new positive habits and wellbeing practices into action.

Nikki Aitchison

Head of Employment Development Projects

Aspire Oxford

It was great to work with Natalie to bring the wellbeing programme to Aspire. We ran a variety of workshops helping people to gain news skills, new tools and sustainable methods to manage our wellbeing. The programme was steered by the participants which is very important and we look forward to continuing to work together in the future.
